Electric Gaming Chair Samples: A Wholesale Buyer’s Checklist

Plan an electric gaming chair sample for wholesale: confirm configuration, packing, power details and quotation scope before placing a larger business order.

A sample can help you decide whether an electric gaming chair belongs in your store or product range. It only helps, however, if the chair you test and the chair in the bulk quotation are the same configuration.

Before paying for a sample, create one short specification sheet. Keep the supplier’s answers, photographs and quote together so that “approved sample” has a clear meaning later.

1. Identify the exact chair

Record the model reference, colour, upholstery, armrests, base, casters and controls. Separate standard equipment from optional functions. A promotional video may show a different configuration, a render or an accessory that is not included in the quoted chair.

For each powered function, ask what is actually supplied in the sample. Request a photograph or demonstration of that configuration rather than treating a general promotional video as proof.

    2. Separate sample price from bulk price

Ask for the sample charge, transport charge, destination and quotation basis in writing. A bulk unit price is not automatically the price for one sample delivered to your door.

If a supplier offers to credit a sample or shipping charge against a later order, record the eligible model, minimum order, credited amount and conditions. Do not assume a verbal discussion applies to every product or future purchase.

At Anji DAD, the currently advertised pink electric gaming chair is quoted at US$338 per chair, FOB Shanghai, with a minimum wholesale order of 100 chairs. International freight and import charges are extra. This is a bulk quotation reference, not a delivered single-chair or sample offer. Confirm the exact configuration and current quotation before ordering.

      3. Check the packed chair, not only its assembled size

Request final outer-carton dimensions, units per carton, gross weight, net weight and the parts packed separately. Record the measurement units. A cropped table without column headings is not sufficient evidence for a freight quotation.

Ask for a packing list or packing photograph showing the control unit, power supply, hardware and assembly instructions. Use the actual packed sample when comparing shipping options.

For a broader packing worksheet, see our chair carton, CBM and MOQ guide.

        4. Confirm power and transport details

Record the supplied power adapter specification and destination plug. If the chosen configuration contains a battery, identify the battery model and how it is installed or packed. Ask for the relevant documentation and let the carrier confirm acceptance for the actual route and shipment.

Documents being available does not, by itself, establish a freight price, departure date or carrier acceptance. Compare complete transport quotations with their inclusions and exclusions clearly stated.

          5. Use the sample to make a bulk decision

Keep a simple checklist for assembly, visible finish, seating dimensions, controls and the functions included in the agreed configuration. Record any differences with photographs. A sample inspection is not a substitute for an agreed bulk inspection plan.

Before placing the bulk order, resolve changes in writing and identify the approved specification version. Also agree on the spare parts list and the process for reporting a problem; do not infer warranty terms from a product video.
