Who this notice covers
This notice covers Anji DAD Furniture Sourcing (also using Anji DAD Trading), our website and furniture inquiry follow-up. We provide independent furniture sourcing coordination from Anji, Zhejiang, China. Will Zhang, furniture sourcing coordinator, is your contact for this notice.
Facebook and Instagram inquiry forms
Our Meta enquiry forms ask for your name, company, chair category and estimated quantity, plus the contact details shown on the form. Earlier forms may request a phone number only, or an email address with an optional phone number. The US and Netherlands Qualified v2 forms also ask for purchase purpose and intended order timing, and require email and a phone number with country code. Meta requires a one-time SMS code to verify access to the phone number on these forms; this does not verify your company, purchasing role, email address or buying intention. Categories may include office, gaming, dining, lounge or other chairs.
Meta collects the submitted form information on its platform and makes it available to us. We use it to respond to this chair purchase inquiry, clarify requirements and follow up on a quotation using the contact details you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not give permission for newsletters or ongoing marketing campaigns. You can ask us to stop this follow-up.
We can retrieve submitted Meta enquiries into our internal desktop CRM for enquiry and quotation follow-up, together with the submission time and available form, advertisement and campaign source information. This does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or send a message. We have not added Meta Pixel or Conversions API tracking for this form. Meta separately processes platform account, device and usage information under its own privacy policy.
Website inquiries and direct contact
A website inquiry includes the contact method and purchasing details you supply, such as email or WhatsApp, name, company, market, product, quantity and notes. We also retain limited source information with an inquiry: campaign parameters, available Google or Meta click identifiers, referring site/path, landing path and submission path. This helps us identify the source and context of your request, separately from optional visit statistics.
Submitted website inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database and available through our access-protected administration and existing desktop CRM connection for inquiry handling. Messages sent through email or WhatsApp also pass through the service you choose. We use these details to answer your request and coordinate the requested sourcing or quotation work, not as automatic permission for unrelated marketing.
Browser storage and optional measurement
The website remembers your selected language. Inquiry drafts and source attribution use limited same-tab browser storage with a 30-minute expiry; a successful website submission clears the draft. Clearing or expiring a browser draft does not delete an inquiry already submitted.
Website statistics are off until you accept them. Our first-party statistics use a random browser identifier, stored as a hash on the server, to count visits and consented browsers. This dataset does not contain raw IP addresses or inquiry contact fields. Its daily records have a rolling 90-day retention; duplicate-event receipts last 24 hours. The browser statistics choice and identifier expire after 90 days. With statistics consent, Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures website performance.
Google advertising measurement requires a separate choice. It may process cookies, click identifiers, IP address and browser/device information. Our configuration uses cookies for up to 90 days and sends a conversion only after a website inquiry has been successfully saved and advertising consent is present. We do not send the form’s contact details or enable enhanced conversions or ad personalization in this integration.
Use Privacy choices at the bottom of the page to review, reject or withdraw optional measurement. Declining does not prevent an inquiry. The website honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these optional features. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase information already received by a provider.
Service providers and processing locations
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process IP addresses and request/network information for these services, independently of the optional first-party statistics dataset. Meta, WhatsApp, our email service and Google also process information when their respective services are used; their privacy information is linked below.
Our sourcing contact operates in China. Our service providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. This notice does not promise a particular data residency location or replace a provider’s own privacy controls.
Retention and your requests
Our inquiry records do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion deadline. The 30-minute draft and 90-day statistics periods above are not inquiry-retention promises. Please contact us to review information held for your inquiry, request access, correction or deletion, or stop further inquiry follow-up.
We handle requests through the contact below, not an automated deletion tool. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, such as its approximate date and the contact method used; do not send identity documents unless we discuss a necessary verification step. We may need to confirm that a request is yours. If relevant transaction records or applicable obligations limit deletion, we will explain what can be removed and what needs to be retained. For Meta or WhatsApp platform/account information, use that provider’s privacy controls as well.
